What you'll do

As an Embedded/Firmware Engineer Intern, you will work closely with firmware engineers to develop, test, and debug embedded software for Square's hardware ecosystem. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to implementation, ensuring that the firmware meets the necessary specifications and quality standards. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during testing phases, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of embedded systems.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware components. Your role will involve writing code, conducting tests, and documenting your findings to support the development process.
