What you'll do

In this role, you will support Proto, Block’s bitcoin mining hardware business, by scaling deal processes and evaluating new venture opportunities. You will partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and business teams to assess complex transactions and drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include building financial models that inform business strategies and evaluating product and deal economics. You will engage directly with external counterparties, including customers and partners, to facilitate successful transactions. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in developing financial frameworks that support the growth of Proto’s platform and operating footprint. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for expansion within the bitcoin ecosystem. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the business and ensure that financial objectives are met.
