Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in finance management, ideally within a consumer-focused industry. Your expertise includes financial analysis, investment evaluation, and long-term planning, allowing you to drive profitable growth across various product lines. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with business partners and provide valuable financial insights. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of managing P&Ls end-to-end, ensuring financial health and strategic alignment with business goals.
Desirable
Experience in the pet care or food industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector. Familiarity with subscription-based business models will also be beneficial, as you will be working with innovative product lines that require a deep understanding of customer behavior and financial metrics.
What you'll do
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for owning the P&Ls across new verticals, including Treats and DIY offerings.
