What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Analytics Engineering team, overseeing all risk analytics and data science work across Block's various platforms, including Cash App, Afterpay, and Square. You will partner closely with senior leaders to develop a robust and reusable data foundation that supports the Risk Organization's objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the strategy for analytics engineering, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality insights that inform risk management decisions. You will also play a key role in enhancing the organization's data-driven culture, leveraging technology to improve risk management capabilities.
