You are a technical leader who sets quality practices and influences design decisions. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and software engineers, to create innovative solutions that resonate with users. You understand the importance of aligning technical initiatives with business goals and have a track record of driving strategic projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives in Personalization & AI Engineering, driving the vision and architecture of AI systems that power Tidal's homepage. You will develop new AI/ML systems that enhance semantic search, recommendations, and playlists, ensuring a personalized experience for listeners. Your responsibilities will include building production systems that effectively personalize user interactions and collaborating closely with various teams to integrate AI solutions into Tidal's platform.

You will also establish best practices for quality assurance and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Your work will directly contribute to Tidal's mission of empowering artists and enhancing the music listening experience through innovative technology.
