You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the financial services sector, where you've successfully led teams to develop and launch innovative products. You are passionate about creating inclusive financial solutions that empower users and improve their relationship with money.
You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to inform product decisions. You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver impactful products. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Product Lead for Borrow at Block, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of consumer lending products, including Cash App Borrow and Afterpay. You will lead a team focused on building a transparent and inclusive credit system, leveraging advanced machine learning models to improve user experience and accessibility. Your role will involve defining product strategy, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
