What you'll do

As the Product Lead for New Bets at Block, you will oversee the development of consumer credit products, including Cash App Borrow and Afterpay. You will define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to create a more inclusive financial system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced machine learning models that enhance the user experience and improve credit accessibility. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of our customers, particularly those with limited credit histories. You will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of your products, iterating based on user feedback and data insights. You will also play a key role in stakeholder management, communicating product updates and strategies to senior leadership and other departments.
