What you'll do

In this role, you will own the bank partnership from end to end, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for gaining approvals for new products and services, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet service level agreements and obligations. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including networks, processors, and servicing, to deliver compliant and effective banking solutions.

You will lead initiatives to standardize and streamline processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your ability to templatize workflows will help enhance productivity and ensure that best practices are followed across the board. As the voice of the bank partnership, you will represent the program both internally and externally, advocating for the needs of the partnership while aligning with Block's broader goals.
