What you'll do

As a Payment Network Program Manager at Block, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Square Financial Services' acquiring capabilities. You will work closely with the Director of Acquiring and Network Services to build and scale the acquiring Bank Identification Number (BIN) sponsorship program. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to develop and execute on the bank's strategic roadmap, ensuring that all initiatives align with Block's mission of economic empowerment.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within the payment network space and developing strategies to capitalize on them. This includes conducting market research, analyzing trends, and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will also oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

In this role, you will engage with external partners and stakeholders to foster relationships that support the bank's objectives. You will facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate progress and gather feedback. Your ability to synthesize information and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving the success of the payment network initiatives.
