Bloom is seeking a Vice President of Brand & Creative to lead Huha's branding efforts. You'll be responsible for creating impactful campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong strategic thinking and creativity.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in brand management and creative leadership, ideally with 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Your background includes working with high-growth startups, where you've successfully built and executed brand strategies that resonate with customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating campaigns that inspire and tell compelling stories. Your strategic thinking allows you to align brand initiatives with business goals, ensuring that every campaign drives measurable results.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design. You understand the importance of emotional resonance in branding and are skilled at crafting visuals and narratives that connect with audiences. Your leadership style fosters creativity and innovation within your team, encouraging bold ideas and collaborative efforts.
Desirable
Experience in the fashion or consumer goods industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and are always looking for ways to improve brand performance through analytics and insights.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Brand & Creative, you will lead the development and execution of Huha's brand strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission of promoting body positivity and self-love. You will oversee the creative direction of all marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are visually compelling and resonate with our target audience.
