What you'll do

As the Data Solutions Lead at Bounteous, you will be responsible for driving growth through client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support. You will engage directly with clients to shape solutions that meet their needs, translating business requirements into credible, executable architectures. Your role will involve leading teams to deliver these solutions, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction. You will also oversee approximately 50% billable involvement in client programs, balancing this with your responsibilities in pursuit support and data solution development.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients in the Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods sectors, to identify opportunities for innovative data solutions. Your influence on pipeline growth will be a key measure of your success, as you support and close complex data opportunities. You will be expected to maintain high standards for technical and domain expertise, contributing to the overall success of the Consumer Business Unit.
