You have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, particularly with Salesforce Data 360. Your deep technical expertise allows you to guide complex, multi-phase implementations from discovery through steady-state enablement. You are also a subject matter expert (SME) in data unification, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce and external ecosystems.

You possess strong hands-on configuration experience, enabling you to effectively lead architectural discussions and solution designs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to foster collaboration across teams.

You have a proven track record of working with enterprise clients, particularly in the healthcare provider space, where you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that arise. Your strategic mindset helps you align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that your work drives value for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data 360 across various enterprise clients.
