What you'll do

As the Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Architect at Bounteous, you will be responsible for driving the architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data 360 across enterprise clients. You will lead the design and execution of data solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business success. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translating those into actionable architectural plans.

You will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the solutions delivered are scalable and sustainable. Your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of data integration and management, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Bounteous's Salesforce practice by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
