Who you are
You have a background in development and are eager to leverage your technical skills to solve business challenges. While prior experience in pre-sales is not mandatory, you are motivated to support business objectives through technology. You are open to junior-level candidates or developers looking to pivot their careers into a more business-oriented role. Your technical background includes web application development or scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript, which will be essential in your new position.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing digital assets that effectively communicate the value of Box's solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales and solutions engineering teams, to create standard demo environments that enhance proposal activities. Your tasks will include building and maintaining demo environments, producing and editing video content based on demo scenarios, and developing automation tools to streamline demo data generation and environment resets. You will also collaborate with the global Demo Engineer team to implement new features in demo environments and localize demo assets for the Japanese market. Additionally, you will provide technical support to the solutions engineering team, assisting in the construction of custom demos tailored to complex customer requirements. Knowledge management will also be part of your responsibilities, as you will create documentation for the demo assets and tools you develop, promoting their adoption within the company.
