What you'll do

As a Payment Operations Analyst at DAZN, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, acting as the first point of contact for our users. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects DAZN's commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their payment-related queries, providing timely and accurate information, and working collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery.
