What you'll do

As a Senior Forward-Deployed Data Scientist at Braze, you will be part of a dynamic Field Data Scientist group, working closely with customers to ensure their success with BrazeAI. Your role will involve collaborating with customer Analytics/BI teams to define use cases, integrate data, and set up machine learning models. You will also be responsible for improving the architecture of existing systems and developing reusable data pipelines and APIs that enhance product capabilities. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the Braze platform.

You will engage in hands-on work, applying your technical expertise to solve real-world challenges faced by customers. This includes analyzing data, designing experiments, and implementing machine learning models that drive insights and improve decision-making processes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
