What you'll do

As a Senior Forward-Deployed Data Scientist at Braze, you will be a key player in our Field Data Scientist group, partnering with customers to ensure their success with our AI solutions. You will collaborate with customer Analytics and BI teams to define use cases, set up data integrations, and configure machine learning models tailored to their needs. Your role will involve extending product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines and APIs that enhance the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to derive insights that inform product development and customer strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
