What you'll do

As a Forward-Deployed Data Scientist at Braze, you will partner with customer Analytics/BI teams to define use cases and implement data integration strategies — your role will involve setting up data pipelines and configuring machine learning models to meet customer needs. You will extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines and APIs, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and efficient. Your work will directly impact customer success, as you help clients leverage data to drive their business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with Braze colleagues to ensure that implementations align with best practices and meet customer expectations — your insights will guide the development of new features and enhancements to existing products. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
