What you'll do

As a Senior Forward-Deployed Data Scientist at Braze, you will join a team of creative technical experts dedicated to ensuring customer success. You will collaborate closely with customer Analytics and BI teams to define use cases, integrate data, and set up data pipelines that support machine learning model configurations. Your role will involve extending product capabilities by improving existing architectures and developing reusable data pipelines that enhance efficiency and scalability.

You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to derive actionable insights that inform product development and strategy. Your expertise in machine learning will be crucial as you work on deploying models that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage Braze's AI capabilities.
