What you'll do

Join the AI Platform team at Braze to build and scale the BrazeAI Decisioning Studio — your primary responsibility will be to develop a reinforcement learning platform that enhances customer engagement through personalized interactions. You'll collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement algorithms that enable autonomous, self-optimizing campaigns.

You will work at the intersection of cloud-native infrastructure and machine learning in production — this involves maintaining and optimizing the platform to ensure it meets the needs of our clients while also supporting continuous experimentation. Your role will require you to analyze data and derive insights that inform the development of new features and improvements.

You will also be responsible for documenting your work and sharing knowledge with your team — this includes creating technical documentation and participating in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Your contributions will directly impact how brands engage with their customers, moving from rule-based campaigns to more dynamic, data-driven interactions.
