You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring your designs to life. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field. You understand the importance of user research and data-driven design decisions, and you are comfortable presenting your ideas to stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with marketing technology or customer engagement platforms is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and user analytics can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in UX research will also be beneficial as you work to understand user needs and behaviors.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Braze, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer engagement orchestration. You will collaborate with the Messaging Experience, Canvas Logic & Execution, and Core Messaging teams to create innovative design solutions that empower marketers worldwide. Your work will directly impact how thousands of marketers design, build, and optimize their customer journeys through Braze's Canvas and Campaign experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design strategy of the organization. Your ability to communicate design concepts effectively will be essential as you work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
