What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Braze, you will join the Messaging Design team within the Orchestration Division, where your primary focus will be on enhancing customer engagement through innovative design solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Messaging Experience, Canvas Logic & Execution, and Core Messaging teams to create seamless experiences that empower marketers to design, build, and optimize their customer journeys. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities, translating insights into design concepts that enhance usability and engagement. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision to stakeholders. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
