What you'll do

As a Senior Engineer on Braze’s AI Customer Interface team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI decisioning solutions. You will support Braze’s self-serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and work on rebuilding the application in React. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings. You will integrate the application with other customer engagement platform APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. You will also contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system, making decisions that impact the product's scalability and performance. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise to help the team grow. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
