What you'll do

As the BizOps Lead at Brex, you will serve as the primary operations partner to the Business Development organization. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure the success of strategic partnerships. Your role will involve analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with Brex’s overall mission and objectives. Your insights will help shape the direction of the business development efforts, ensuring that Brex continues to lead in the AI-powered spend platform space.
