What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary Business Operations partner to Brexβs Business Development organization. You will work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure the success of strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to drive decision-making. Your role will require you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration across the organization. You will lead efforts to streamline operations and enhance the overall effectiveness of the business development function.
