Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or finance environment. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have experience working with finance teams, from CFOs to Accounting Managers. You are adept at identifying customer needs and ensuring they receive the maximum value from the solutions provided. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are motivated by their success.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate finance or spend management solutions. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it helps you understand the sales process and how to align customer success with revenue goals.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of business that includes a diverse range of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these clients are fully utilizing Brex’s solutions to manage their spending effectively. You will engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, provide training, and offer support as they navigate our platform. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to track usage and satisfaction, allowing you to proactively address any issues that arise. You will be a key advocate for your clients within Brex, ensuring their feedback is communicated to the product and engineering teams to help shape future developments.
