Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a growing customer base and ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industries. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have experience working with finance teams, from CFOs to Accounting Managers. You are adept at identifying customer needs and ensuring they receive the maximum value from the solutions provided. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to helping your clients succeed. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You are passionate about customer satisfaction and are motivated by the success of your clients.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with corporate finance or expense management solutions will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial as you work closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and retention.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of business that includes a diverse range of clients. You will work day-to-day with finance teams to ensure they are leveraging Brex’s solutions effectively. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing training and support, and conducting regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction. You will analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success, and you will advocate for your clients' needs within the organization. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and processes to enhance the customer experience.
