What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Security Engineering at Brex, you will lead the Application Security and Security Operations teams, driving the development of a comprehensive security program. Your role will involve setting strategic direction for security initiatives, ensuring that security is a priority across all engineering efforts. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle, promoting a culture of security awareness and best practices.

In this role, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, advocating for security needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
