What you'll do

As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant at Brex, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our largest customers, guiding them through the onboarding experience for Brex Empower. You will lead the transformation of their outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach, ensuring a seamless adoption of our platform. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will take personal ownership of customer success, ensuring they are set up for long-term satisfaction with Brex. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
