What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Users team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that manage user lifecycles across all Brex products. You will work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve building and integrating features that enhance the onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth user experience from start to finish.

You will collaborate with other engineers to design and implement scalable architectures that support the growing needs of the business. This includes optimizing existing systems and developing new functionalities that align with Brex's mission to empower companies to spend with confidence. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
