Who you are

You have a strong background in healthcare reimbursement and access strategies, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your expertise includes navigating complex healthcare systems and understanding the challenges patients face in accessing therapies. You are a strategic thinker who can build and implement effective reimbursement strategies that ensure patients receive timely access to innovative treatments. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and patient support services, to address access challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with rare diseases or specialty pharmaceuticals is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in the healthcare space. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development. A proven track record of successful project management and the ability to lead initiatives that drive patient access will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the field reimbursement strategy for BridgeBio’s innovative products. You will assess the infrastructure needed to support patient access and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Your role will involve engaging with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers, to facilitate access to therapies. You will also monitor and analyze reimbursement trends and policies to adapt strategies as needed, ensuring that patients can access the treatments they need without delay.

You will lead initiatives that address reimbursement challenges and advocate for patient needs within the organization. Collaborating with the sales team, you will provide training and support to ensure they understand reimbursement processes and can effectively communicate these to healthcare providers. Your insights will be critical in shaping the overall patient access strategy and ensuring that BridgeBio remains at the forefront of innovation in the biopharmaceutical industry.
