Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, with experience managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your ability to inspire and lead a team of Commercial Account Leaders is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving sales targets and fostering a high-performance culture.

You are results-oriented and have a strong understanding of the software sales landscape, particularly in the DevSecOps space. Your experience in managing customer relationships and developing strategies to increase adoption of technology solutions is essential. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing and new customer accounts.

What you'll do

As the Regional Director for GitLab's Commercial AMER vertical, you will lead a team of five Commercial Account Leaders, focusing on growing the adoption of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will be responsible for achieving software bookings and revenue targets, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the Area Vice President to develop and implement sales strategies that align with GitLab's mission and values.

You will drive the team's performance through regular coaching and mentoring, helping team members to develop their skills and achieve their individual goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to inform your strategies and ensure that your team is positioned for success. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team.
