Who you are

You have 6-8 years of experience in mobile test automation, demonstrating a strong understanding of mobile app testing principles and methodologies. Your background includes working in Agile environments, where you've collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. You possess excellent documentation and technical writing skills, enabling you to create clear and concise test plans and reports. Your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities has been key to your success in previous roles.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and mobile testing certifications such as ISTQB are preferred. You are familiar with mobile app security testing principles, which enhances your ability to identify potential vulnerabilities in applications. Your strong analytical skills allow you to troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the mobile test automation efforts at BrightInsight, focusing on ensuring the quality of our digital health solutions. You will design and implement automated test scripts, conduct thorough testing of mobile applications, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will help streamline the testing process and improve overall efficiency.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Your role will involve mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality within the team. You will work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals.
