Who you are
You are a welcoming and kindhearted individual who is enthusiastic about sleep and home comfort. With 0-3 years of experience in a retail or service-oriented environment, you understand the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. You communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated. Your judgment is strong, and you approach every situation with a service- and solution-oriented mindset. You are flexible with your schedule, willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends, and you possess the physical stamina to stand for long periods and move inventory as needed.
What you'll do
As a Sales Associate at Brooklinen, you will ensure that an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time. You will act as a brand ambassador, always putting the customer first and engaging with loyal customers in real life while forming new relationships. Educating customers on the product assortment, brand history, and value proposition will be a key part of your role. You will also assist in the back of house by receiving and organizing inventory, as well as supporting the visual merchandising of the store and product displays. Additionally, you will help plan and execute in-store special events, contributing to a vibrant retail atmosphere.
