With 0-3 years of experience in retail or a service-oriented role, you understand the importance of customer engagement and relationship building. You communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated. You possess strong judgment and a service-oriented approach, always looking for solutions to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility is key for you, as you are willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends to meet the needs of the store. You are also physically capable of standing for long periods, ready to assist customers at any moment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure that an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time. Acting as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, you will always put the customer first, engaging with loyal customers in person and forming new relationships. You will educate customers on the product assortment, brand history, and value proposition, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. You will also assist with visual merchandising, creating an inviting shopping environment. Supporting the planning and execution of in-store special events will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the store.
