What you'll do

As a Staff Program Manager at Bugcrowd, you will lead the planning and execution of complex projects that drive the company's mission of enhancing cybersecurity through crowdsourced solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and marketing teams, to ensure that project goals are met and that all team members are aligned. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is informed about project progress and any changes in scope or direction. Your role will involve regular reporting to senior management, where you will present project updates and key performance indicators. You will also be involved in resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring that the right people are in place to meet project demands.

In addition to managing projects, you will mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, helping to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program management function at Bugcrowd.
