Bugcrowd is hiring a Staff Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in enterprise-class software and internet scale technology platforms. You have extensive experience in program, project, and release management, particularly with enterprise-class software and internet scale technology platforms. Your technical expertise allows you to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with business goals. You are comfortable working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project schedules effectively. Your communication skills enable you to convey analyses and recommendations clearly to both technical teams and executives.

You thrive in environments where you can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and you understand the importance of aligning project objectives with organizational strategy. You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, demonstrating your ability to manage resources and expectations effectively. Your analytical mindset helps you to assess project performance and implement improvements where necessary.

What you'll do

As a Staff Program Manager at Bugcrowd, you will lead the planning and execution of complex projects that drive the company's mission of enhancing cybersecurity through crowdsourced solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, product, and marketing teams, to ensure that project goals are met and that all team members are aligned. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is informed about project progress and any changes in scope or direction.
