Your experience includes drafting requirements documents and creating RFQs/RFPs that clearly outline design requirements for automated equipment. You are detail-oriented and committed to achieving high standards in project execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in driving the technical, operational, and deployment aspects of various manufacturing automation initiatives within Dandy. You will innovate factory processes and concepts to enable an ideal automated manufacturing process, working closely with factory teams to create and achieve OKRs for automation and continuous improvement programs. Your responsibilities will include drafting requirements documents, developing concepts, and envisioning the automated manufacturing process that aligns with Dandy's mission to modernize the dental industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation initiatives are effectively integrated into existing workflows, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Your role will be instrumental in innovating, developing, and deploying automated systems that meet ambitious quality standards in the dental industry. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
