Job Description
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who thrives in a structured environment. You have a strong ability to manage documentation and communication effectively, ensuring compliance with jurisdiction-specific onboarding requirements. Your organizational skills allow you to handle full-cycle onboarding from initial investor introduction to post-signature with precision and care. You are eager to contribute to the development of internal onboarding operations and documentation, driving consistency and excellence across the investor lifecycle. You understand the importance of identifying process inefficiencies and are motivated to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability and user experience.
Desirable
Experience in operations or onboarding processes is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and legal documentation standards. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing requirements. A background in finance or private markets would be beneficial, but not essential. You are committed to creating an inclusive environment and value diversity in the workplace.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for investors by managing and executing onboarding workflows. You will support the development of internal onboarding operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation. Your responsibilities will include maintaining alignment with jurisdiction-specific onboarding requirements, particularly around investor qualification and legal documentation standards. You will contribute to a seamless fund closing process by ensuring all investor documentation is compliant and finalized in coordination with fund managers and other stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for future onboarding automation, collaborating with various teams to enhance the user experience.
What we offer
At bunch, you will be part of a team that is committed to driving digital transformation in the private markets industry. We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our mission to provide transparency and access to private markets. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career in a supportive atmosphere. We value and celebrate diversity, and we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. Join us in building a tech-based platform that enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely manage their investment entities.
