Xometry is seeking an Acquisition & Onboarding Analyst to design and coordinate programs for new supplier recruitment and onboarding. You'll collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve supplier growth. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are eager to monitor and report on program performance metrics. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve onboarding flows and communications.
What you'll do
In your role as an Acquisition & Onboarding Analyst at Xometry, you will support the acquisition strategy by partnering with Marketing and Operations to design supplier recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives. You will develop onboarding frameworks, including playbooks and process guides, to streamline the onboarding experience for new suppliers. Your work will involve cross-functional coordination with Operations and Partner Success teams to ensure that onboarding processes are consistent, efficient, and scalable. You will monitor the success of acquisition and onboarding programs, gathering data and reporting on performance metrics to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will capture internal and partner-facing feedback to refine onboarding flows, communications, and tools, ensuring that new partners are equipped with the right resources and support.
