What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform team at bunch, you will lead and support your team through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement. You will own the platform strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with the company's vision and managing team capacity to ensure strong execution.

You will provide technical direction for our AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform, guiding architectural decisions that balance speed and reliability. Your role will involve collaborating with product squads to ensure that the infrastructure and tooling you develop enable them to solve real customer problems effectively.

You will be responsible for shaping the future of the tech team as it grows, ensuring that the engineering output delivers tangible value to the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans for your team.
