What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform team, you will lead a talented group of DevOps and SRE professionals, guiding them in their daily tasks while ensuring that the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines are robust and efficient. You will be responsible for bringing structure and clarity to planning processes, enabling your team to execute projects predictably and effectively. Your role will involve close collaboration with product engineering teams to embrace modern tooling and practices that accelerate development. You will also have opportunities to expand your scope as Scandit grows, potentially taking on additional engineering initiatives or teams over time. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's success and ensuring that engineering practices evolve to meet the demands of the business.
