Your technical expertise extends to cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift — you understand how to leverage these platforms for intensive data analysis and operational efficiency. You are familiar with agile methodologies and enjoy working in multidisciplinary squads, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset — you can tackle complex data challenges and lead technical projects autonomously. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven strategies are understood and implemented.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical data projects that enhance Cabify's analytics capabilities — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data models, conducting exploratory data analysis, and developing predictive models to inform business strategies. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that data insights are integrated into product development processes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and accessibility across the organization. Your work will involve creating dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making.

As part of a dynamic analytics team, you will participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics practices within the company. You will mentor junior data analysts and help foster a culture of data literacy across all departments.
