You are proficient in SQL and have hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, which you have used to create impactful visualizations and analyses. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Your familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift allows you to perform intensive analyses that maximize operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical data projects that enhance Cabify's analytics capabilities — you will work closely with various teams to identify key data needs and develop solutions that drive insights and operational improvements. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, conducting complex analyses, and presenting your findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Your role will involve mentoring junior data specialists and fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge and resources are shared freely.

You will also be tasked with optimizing data workflows and ensuring data quality across the organization — your expertise in SQL and data visualization will be crucial in creating dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into business performance. As part of a multidisciplinary squad, you will engage in regular discussions about data strategy and contribute to the overall data culture at Cabify.
