What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Manager of Web Design and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to design and deliver web experiences across Calendly's website and Help center. Your day-to-day tasks will include general web design work such as page design and CMS component creation, as well as motion-focused tasks like creating animated assets and scroll-driven experiences. You will maintain and evolve the design and motion systems, ensuring they align with business goals like comprehension, trust, and conversion. Your work will directly impact the user experience, making it essential for you to balance creativity with performance. You will also have opportunities to contribute to team discussions and share your insights on design trends and best practices.
