What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the AI Notetaker team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Calendly Notetaker, a tool designed to help users summarize key meeting details. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of solopreneurs and small teams, translating these insights into design solutions that add real value. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision effectively. You will collaborate with other designers and cross-functional team members to ensure that your designs are feasible and align with the overall product strategy. You will participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine your work. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the design process and outcomes.
