Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems. You are proficient in Figma and have a solid understanding of design principles, usability, and user experience best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experiences and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing startup.
Desirable
Experience in designing for AI products or sales technology is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you make data-driven design decisions. You are comfortable presenting your designs and rationale to stakeholders and are open to feedback to iterate and improve your work.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Nooks, you will own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution. You will work on various product surface areas, including AI Dialer, AI Coaching, and AI Studio, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to define design requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience of our AI products, contributing to the overall success of the company as we enter a period of hypergrowth.
