Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, specifically within product analytics, where you've developed insights that drive business growth. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable using data visualization tools to present your findings clearly to stakeholders.

You understand the importance of user acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics, and you have a proven track record of using data to inform product decisions. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify trends and patterns that can help shape the product strategy.

You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are passionate about empowering teams with actionable insights.

Desirable

Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, and you are open to exploring new analytical techniques and tools that can enhance your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Product Analytics team, responsible for providing insights that drive user growth and product optimization. You will analyze user behavior and campaign performance, helping the team make informed decisions that enhance the user experience.

You will collaborate closely with product managers to define success metrics and track the performance of new features and initiatives. Your insights will guide the team in optimizing marketing campaigns and improving customer acquisition strategies.

You will also be involved in developing dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators, making it easier for stakeholders to understand the impact of product changes. Your work will directly contribute to making Calendly a more data-driven organization.
