What you'll do

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Camunda, you will own the GTM P&Ls, ensuring that financial plans are accurately reflected in the company's forecasts. You will work closely with various departments to connect hiring and spending decisions to key business outcomes, including funnel performance, pipeline management, and productivity metrics. Your insights will help leaders make informed trade-offs and achieve their targets with fewer surprises. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations that support the company's growth objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Strategic FP&A to deliver insights that shape decisions across the organization. You will participate in regular financial reviews and contribute to the development of financial models that support the company's strategic initiatives. Your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations will be crucial in driving the company's success.
