You have a solid background in finance, ideally with experience in financial planning and analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions. You are comfortable leading financial reporting processes and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in budget vs. actual analyses. What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in partnership with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You will lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis and headcount tracking. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions that impact the company's growth trajectory.
