What you'll be doing:
Design and execute technical enablement programs that increase the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams (TAMs, Consultants, Support, Pre-Sales) by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency.
Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences, playbooks, and technical assets that empower customer-facing teams to articulate value and solve customer challenges effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Education teams to ensure technical readiness and alignment across field enablement initiatives.
Operationalize enablement at scale by establishing frameworks, content systems, and measurement models that link readiness to adoption, delivery quality, and customer outcomes.
Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and ROI tracking to refine programs and demonstrate business impact.
What you bring:
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Proven experience building and delivering technical enablement frameworks that scale across post-sales or technical functions
Strong understanding of software architecture, automation, or integration technologies to translate complex capabilities into learning programs
Demonstrated ability to measure enablement ROI through adoption, productivity, and customer outcomes
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
Excellent communication and coaching skills tailored to technical audiences
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Camunda, BPM, automation, or orchestration technologies
Familiarity with DevOps, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or solution architecture
Hands-on experience in instructional design tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate) or enablement platforms (Mindtickle, Highspot)
Background in technical consulting, TAM, or PS delivery

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $138,300.00 to $223,000.00
United Kingdom: £86,800.00 to £142,800.00
Singapore: S$171,700.00 to S$257,600.00
If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
